Before you ask
We already have a GCP account. Do we start over?
Almost never. We audit what exists, keep what is sound, and bring the rest up to standard — usually as an incremental migration rather than a rebuild.
What if our data cannot leave our premises?
We design hybrid deployments where sensitive data stays on your infrastructure and only permitted workloads run in the cloud. This is a normal requirement, not an exception.
